We provide an employee benefit that connects UK employees with discounted home energy products. Our supply chain consists mainly of UK-based accredited installers, equipment manufacturers and distributors, energy suppliers, and professional service providers.

• Due diligence on installer partners before they join the scheme, including accreditation and compliance checks.
• Contractual expectations that partners comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relevant employment law.
• Right-to-work checks and fair pay practices for our own colleagues.
• A clear route for colleagues, partners and employees on the scheme to raise concerns confidentially.
• Periodic review of partners, with removal from the scheme where serious concerns are substantiated.
