Net Zero Home Scheme, trading as The Electric Car Scheme Limited operates the Net Zero Home Scheme, an employee benefit offering discounted home energy products. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@netzerohomescheme.co.uk.

• Enquiry details you submit: name, work email, company name, employee headcount and your message.
• Demo booking details you provide through our scheduling provider.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, where analytics or cookies are in use.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo, legitimate interests in responding to a business request you initiated.
• To provide quotes and connect you or your employees with installers, legitimate interests, or performance of a contract where one is in place.
• To send scheme updates where you have asked for them, consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations, legal obligation.

We share data only where needed to deliver the scheme: our group companies, our website and scheduling providers, and the accredited installers who prepare quotes for employees. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you unless a scheme is in place, in which case we keep records for the life of the arrangement plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes.

• Request erasure, restriction of processing, or portability of your data.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time.
